Interested Parties

Interested parties are people from outside the agency and outside the client’s family who have an interest in the client. Examples of interested parties might be School teacher, Plunket, GP etc.

When you click on the Interested Parties tab link you get a list of existing interested parties (if any) with a New Interested Party button for adding new interested parties.

Most of the data is self explanatory. Name, Contact Details, Address, Organisation that they come from etc. There are also checkboxes to indicate if this person was the Initial Referrer or Onward Referrer and whether there is Permission to Contact this person about the client.

There is also an End Date that can be filled in to indicate that this person is no longer actively associated with the client.

Editing interested party data is simply a matter of clicking on an interested part in the list and editing the data page
