Client Management

Client management is the core of the Paua application.

This is where you store all the client data.

The client data consists of many different elements and are all accessed from a set of links, often referred to as Client Tabs which are displayed across the top of the page when looking at the main client details.


How many of these Client Tabs that you see on your version of Paua will depend on the options that have been enabled and disabled under Preferences

The core Client Tabs are Family Members, Interested Parties, Goals, Client Contacts, Issues, Attachments, Outcomes

Examples of Client Tabs that may or may not be present are Client Notes, Client Properties, Client Assessments, Standard Forms, Forms, Group Attendance, Form Letters
